Dr. Barbie Taylor, also known as “Menopause Taylor,” is an Obstetrician / Gynecologist who retired from active practice in 2001 due to severe arthritis. Drawing on her own lifelong approach to exercise, Dr. Taylor explains the benefits of mixing cardio, strength training, balance work, and flexibility exercises rather than getting stuck in repetitive habits. She also reveals how “routines and ruts” can sabotage long-term fitness goals and offers practical strategies for making exercise sustainable for life.
If you’ve ever struggled to stick with a workout plan—or wondered how movement supports healthy aging—this episode will inspire you to rethink exercise as a dynamic, ever-changing part of your healthy menopause journey.
